ArogyaKosha is designed, developed, and operated by Polytechnique Solutions LLP, an IT consultancy and app development firm based in Secunderabad, Telangana, India. We build software for clients across the world, and ArogyaKosha is our own product — a personal medical records vault we built after seeing how scattered and insecure most families' health records really are.
Our Vision
A world where every family owns and controls their health story. Personal health records shouldn't be locked inside hospital systems or distant cloud servers beyond your reach — they should be stored securely in a vault that belongs entirely to you, accessible whenever and wherever you are, regardless of who treats you.
Our Mission
To make secure personal health record-keeping simple for every family. We provide an encrypted health vault that puts patients — not hospitals, not insurers, not tech companies — in control of their own medical data. We build for privacy first: no tracking, no ads, no compromise on your family's health information.
What ArogyaKosha does
- Stores medications, prescriptions, diagnostic reports, hospital admissions, diagnoses, and chronic conditions in one place
- Encrypts every medical record client-side with AES-256-GCM before it ever reaches our servers
- Supports family accounts for up to 6 members, including dependents who don't need their own login
- Lets you attach scanned documents and files to any record
- Is available as a web app today, with Android and iOS apps on the way
